Your membership entitles you to attend our Annual General Meeting, where you can learn more about developments in our services and fundraising and be part of the conversation on the future of Cancer Society. You will also receive our Annual Report which highlights what your membership has helped achieve during that period.

It’s only through caring and committed people like you like you that we can continue to reach more Kiwis with specialist nursing and psychology services and fund our ground-breaking cancer research.
In the past year we’ve had more Kiwis than ever reach out to us for support. Through your membership the Cancer Society has helped:
- Specialised cancer nurses visit 3412 people in their homes to offer advice and care at an unbelievably tough time.
- Receive over 29,000 phone calls into our Cancer Helpline to receive information and support on coping with cancer and helping a loved one with cancer and how to access more services.
- Provide over 23,000 bed nights at our Domain Lodge accommodation for those people going through cancer treatment far from their home (some patients stay with us for several months).
- Helped 2032 people access a psychologist to talk through their concerns associated with their cancer journey.
None of these services would be available without the support of our members and donors. It’s an incredible team effort. With you alongside us we remain committed to being there for everyone who needs help.
