Seated or lying: Relaxes and restores the body with gentle poses, breathing and mindfulness, improving body awareness and range of movement.

A programme for people with cancer and their caregivers/whanau providing psychological and emotional support with focus on mindful coping skills and reflections about meaning in life for people with cancer and their caregivers/whanau.

A Programme for therapeutic movement to assist lymphatic flow.
The pool class is part of healthy-steps programme. Healthy-steps is a therapy, exercise, and movement programme for anyone with lymphoedema or who is at risk of developing lymphoedema.

We welcome you to join our therapeutic creative and fun writing group, "Words Worth", facilitated by Trish Waters.

Held on 1st and 2nd Monday of the month from10am – 12pm,
3rd Monday will be an Art Gallery visit followed by Coffee.
With the guidance of our volunteer artists Sandy Gottermeyer, Karen
Greenslade and their team. Join us for an easy, relaxed, enjoyable and
rewarding experience creating an artwork on canvas.
Please note: Bookings are essential as spaces are very limited, and there is limited parking is available at the front of the building.

Cost: $10 per person per session
Prost-FIT is a weekly exercise class for men living with Prostate Cancer at any stage of diagnosis or treatment. You will become stronger and fitter and see improvements in your balance and brain health. All fitness levels are welcome.

Experienced fitness instructor with monthly guest speakers.
We are running exercise classes for men living with Cancer. So if you are living with cancer or if you know a man living with cancer, please contact David in the first instance to discuss joining the classes.

Our services are available to anyone diagnosed with cancer, family/whānau. Please use this form if you would like to use our services or refer someone else to our services.
If you or a member of your whānau have received a cancer diagnosis, you can just ring us on 0800 226 237. You don't need to be referred by a health professional.
