Robin and Feriel have been supporting the Cancer Society for over 16 years.
They have shared their reasons for leaving a gift in their Wills:
We have left a bequest in our wills because we believe the Cancer Society does a great job in supporting those who have cancer.
We have been affected by cancer personally, and as a wider family, over the last two decades. During treatment we used the facilities of the Cancer Society in Wellington, and also found the support and information provided invaluable.
We give annually but also want to give in the future. So we have made a bequest in our wills, which was a very easy process. Our bequest is a percentage of the estate, so we do not have to worry about specifying dollar amounts. It is a very simple way to continue supporting the Cancer Society.
You can leave a bequest for many different reasons. To find out more about the ways you can remember the Cancer Society as part of your legacy, contact Judith Langridge at firstname.lastname@example.org or 04 260 4569.
