The Cancer Society’s Living Well programme offers practical ways of living well through your cancer experience.
Join us for our next Living Well programme in Tauranga, held over four consecutive Wednesdays starting 12 May.
Expert speakers will present educational material in a supportive environment and discuss a range of topics such as managing the side effects of treatment, nutrition, exercise, stress management, communication and coping with fatigue.
Learning more about living with cancer can help you feel less anxious about your diagnosis and give you skills that will help improve daily life.
This FREE programme is suitable for anyone with any type and stage of cancer as well as a whānau member or carer. Morning tea and light lunch provided.
When: every Wednesday from 12 May – 2 June, 9.45 am-2 pm.
