“It was all so awful, so emotionally draining, but she helped me process everything and pointed me to resources to help me better understand and cope with my emotions.
She gave me some breathing exercises which have led me to yoga, and I find that very calming. I’d be much more anxious if it weren’t for Brenda I still reach out to her whenever things get overwhelming, it means a lot to know I can pick up the phone at any time.”
