The Cancer Society is recruiting for its Health Promotion/Health Education programme in Hawke's Bay.
The Cancer Society’s mission is to improve community wellbeing by reducing the incidence and impact of cancer.
Te Tiriti o Waitangi is foundational to our work, and reducing cancer inequities is a priority for us.
About the role:
This is a permanent full-time position of 37.5 hours per week based in Hastings.
We are looking for a team member passionate about education and wellbeing of the Hawke's Bay community.
The successful candidate will be joining a small energetic and dedicated team in the Hawke's Bay Centre.
Community connections and Te Reo would be an advantage but is not a requirement.
The purpose of the role is to:-
- Improve Health and Wellbeing for people, whānau and community.

We work with schools, workplaces, businesses, health providers and community groups.
