Auckland/Northland Division
Cancer Society offices in Northland and Auckland are open. Face to face support and support group meetings will recommence in the coming months. Domain Lodge is open, all patients and whānau will receive a pack of 5 RAT (Rapid Antigen Tests) on arrival to use if feeling unwell.
Domain Lodge in Auckland continues to remain operational to provide accommodation for booked patients and whānau. Patients and whānau will be provided a pack of 5 RAT’s (Rapid Antigen Test) on arrival to use if feel unwell. For further details please contact Domain Lodge directly on 09 308 0160. Masks are to be worn in all shared and open spaces within Domain Lodge. Visitors are allowed.
Volunteer driving service continued to work with the hospital to support transport to treatment. We still request that you ask whānau and friends to assist with transport to appointments and treatment where possible.
Community nursing and psychological appointments will continue with face to face appointments. Masks will be worn on request of the patient / whānau. If you are feeling unwell please let the Cancer Society team know prior to a face to face appointment.
Northland office is open and services are continuing as normal.
Daffodil House is open. Patients and whānau can drop in, we encourage mask use. Support groups and groups using Daffodil House continue as normal.

Supportive care visits and counselling are back to face to face appointments. Masks will be worn on request of the patient / whānau. If you are feeling unwell please let the Cancer Society team know prior to a face to face appointment.

Our services are available to anyone diagnosed with cancer, family/whānau. Please use this form if you would like to use our services or refer someone else to our services.
If you or a member of your whānau have received a cancer diagnosis, you can just ring us on 0800 226 237. You don't need to be referred by a health professional.
