We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Database Operations Specialist to join our Fundraising Team. This role is responsible for managing our fundraising database, supporting donor campaigns, processing donations, producing reports, and providing insights that help drive fundraising success across the Central Districts region.
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Support Manager – Revenue Development, you will:
- Maintain and optimise the fundraising database (Vega).
- Manage donor data, data imports, cleansing, and quality assurance.
- Support fundraising campaigns through donor segmentation and reporting.
- Process donations, issue receipts, and complete reconciliations.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
- Support digital fundraising platforms, email campaigns, and online donations.
About You
You will have:
- Strong database and data management skills.
- Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.
- Experience with CRM or fundraising databases (Vega, Raiser's Edge, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Experience with fundraising platforms such as Raisely, Funraisin, or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector is advantageous.
