
Craig Stobo, appointed Chairman of Cancer Society Auckland Northland’s Finance, Risk and Audit Committee in 2020, is a professional director and business owner with extensive experience in the New Zealand investment industry.
Craig is currently chair of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) and the Local Government Funding Agency (LGFA) and director of the Auckland Future Fund. Previously Craig chaired the NZX-listed Precinct Properties, NZ Windfarms, and Fliway Group as well as global equity manager Elevation Capital and wealth manager Saturn Portfolio Management. He is an Associate Member of the CFA Society of New Zealand and a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors New Zealand. Craig’s extensive career includes roles as a diplomat, economist, Chief Investment Officer, and CEO.
Outside of his professional achievements, Craig is a keen ocean swimmer, sailor and skier, and has been on mountaineering expeditions in the Southern Alps, Central Andes and Himalayas. He also enjoys literature and theatre and has a passion for oenology.

Candace is an experienced company director, senior executive, and strategic advisor with deep expertise in biotech, health and financial technologies. She currently serves on the board of the Bioeconomy Science Institute of New Zealand and is a Governor on the University of Auckland Council.
With more than 18 years of governance experience across listed companies, government agencies, start-ups, and not-for-profits, Candace brings a strong strategic lens and a deep commitment to social impact. As Chair of the Cancer Society Auckland and Northland, she is focused on ensuring equitable access to cancer care, advancing community outreach, and supporting the organisation’s role as a trusted provider of evidence-based health information and patient support.
Candace is a Chartered Member of the NZ Institute of Directors and a Member of the Australian Institute of Corporate Directors. She holds a Master’s degree in Business from Massey University and an MBA in BioPharma from Rutgers University. She is passionate about improving health outcomes for all New Zealanders to reduce the burden of cancer in our communities.

Julian is a professional economist and management consultant with 20 years' financial management and advisory experience in the management consulting, energy, infrastructure and financial services sectors.
Julian is President and Chairman of the Cancer Society of New Zealand, Co-Chair of the Governance Group of the Centre for Cancer Research at the University of Auckland (Te Aka Mātauranga Matepukupuku, the largest cancer research centre in New Zealand), a member of Cancer Trials New Zealand Advisory Group (University of Auckland), and is a trustee of the Davis Carr Cancer Society Endowment Trust.

Ken has significant experience in the New Zealand building, construction and development sectors, including 25 years at Fletcher Building and its predecessor companies. He is also a Director of Metlifecare and is currently the GM of Property at Todd Property Group.

Jennifer is a Finance, Risk, Audit, Compliance and Governance specialist, an experienced Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer. She brings a depth of commercial experience in senior roles in multinational corporations in the United Kingdom and New Zealand banking, financial services and healthcare sectors. She is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Member of the NZ Institute of Directors and a Member of the Chartered Governance Institute. Jennifer is a Trustee of the Davis Carr Cancer Society Endowment Trust, Finance and Risk Management Committee Member of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians, and NZ Law Society Standards Committee Member.

Zoie is a skilled investment professional. She has experience across funds management, investment banking and actuarial services, including over 8 years in senior roles within the investment team at Fisher Funds.
Zoie is a Chartered Member of the NZ Institute of Directors and is a CFA Charterholder.
Zoie was appointed as a FRAC member in 2024 and is a Trustee of the Davis Carr Cancer Society Endowment Trust.
